I am currently using ArcView 9.3 and have the publisher extension. My users are currently on ArcReader 9.3.1 and have no problems using the hyperlink tool to connect to the links associated with that layer. I'm about to upgrade to 10 but am first upgrading all my ArcReader users. Everything works in the 9.3 published document except the hyperlinks button. The links work from the identify tool but not on the map. Any thoughts?
