Create Pmf File in ArcMap v10.2 That Can Be Opened in ArcReader v10.0

To All ArcReader Users:

Can I use the ArcReader creation file toolbar in ArcMap v10.2 to create a pmf that can be opened in ArcReader v10.0?  This would be something similar to a SaveAs in ArcMap where you can save the mxd to an earlier version.

I don't think it will work. ArcMap 10.2 is compatible with ArcReader 10.1

My organization is bypassing v10.1 completely, so it would only be helpful if ArcReader v10.0 can open up pmf files created in ArcMap v10.2.

Is there a reason why they cannot upgrade the ArcReader software on the computers in question to the 10.2 version?
