Yeah, thats going to be hard, I think. We typically name them the same, so its easier to go back and update. Save them in the same directory. May be a good idea for the Ideas site. I can see that this could get hard especially if there is turnover on staff and not everything is documented.
It seems like it could go in the Summary, should they support this, but otherwise you would just have to studiously update the Comments section.
