Syncing With Secure Feature Services

Am I correct to assume that syncing with secure (or in the case of ArcGIS Online not shared) feature services is not supported at this time with ArcPad 10.2.1?  I can successfully associate a service layer file with an axf and sync ArcGIS Online services shared with everyone and ArcGIS Server services in unsecure folders, but not so when using secure ArcGIS Server folders or not shared hosted ArcGIS online services.

When inspecting the error in the debug tab of the sync dialog box, it appears as if the get token request (while correct in using https) doesn't support passing credentials through with the request.

Can someone confirm this?

ArcPAD 10.2.1, ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.2, ArcGIS Server 10.2, ArcGIS Online (Current Update)

Best,
Andrew

Maybe a dumb question, but have you made sure to put your credentials into the ArcPad options server tab? In my experience, syncing with feature services has certainly been buggy though... There was also some bug that existed when sync option was enabled on the feature service, I think.
