importing a ArcPad .axf into a geodatabase

What is the process to import a ArcPad .axf file into a geodatabase? Thanks for your help.

Have you looked into ArcPad Data Manager for ArcGIS?

Thanks Blake for answering. After checking in the data,  the featureclass was automatically populated in the geodatabase. So importing the .axf file was not necessary or even possible.
