i am trying to inatall ArcPad Data Manager Toolbar Version 4.00 For desktop ArcGIS 10.2 and abort with the message : Installer abortion because a prerequisite ( ArcGIS10.2 is no installed on this computer. Bur ArcGIS 10.2 is unstalled and running on mt computer.

I am a student and i am running it on my computer at home

Can you specify the version of arcpad that you are trying to install, is it 4.0 by any chance?

I am not sure if arcgis desktop 10.2 is compatible with arcpad 4.0. I think the issue is the version incompatibility which prompts the error while installing arcpad.

Is it possible for you to check if your esri account has any other version of arcpad available or listed in the software downloads?
