Is there any way to create a new, external .txt file from ArcPad? I notice that the File Object has all kinds of methods, except "Create." But it does have a "Delete" method, and also a "CreateDirectory" method. Is this just another ESRI oversight, or am I missing something here?
NEVER MIND! I just found out that our IT folks have removed our access to create files in the root folder, which is why the file cannot be created.
