Hi thereI'm a newbi to ArcPad but have tried to read everything I could get about ArcPad INFO but without the wanted result.I
made a versioning datasets fra the SDE and through ArcMap an ArcPAD
packet.

The first 2-3 times a had a succes with check data back, but the
... 4 time something went wrong an the computer crashed. ...I
got it up running again, but now it wont check the data in, because it
is already check in....but NO it crashed before i saved.

Are the solution to make a total new field collection (over 100 features) or is there a
"smart function" i can use to override the failed check in??Please someone??

Thx
Henrik

Hi Henrik, you have to load your AXF in ArcPad Studio and run an UPDATE command to clear the process flag in the AXF_STATUS column for the affected records on the affected rows. The exact procedure on how to do this depends on your data.

You need to do a fake checkout of the same area and call it test (or whatever) and then re-name your current checkout to test and it will chack back in. We do it a lot when we happen to check it back in under a different user or PC.
