I am working with ArcPad 7.1.1 and cannot get ArcPad to start from the Start menu. If I click on start and go to ArcPad, the splash screen will open and act like it is going to start, then it closes with no errors or warnings. If I open an existing .apm file, it opens as expected. I have uninstalled and re-installed ArcPad 7.1.1, and deleted the ArcPadPrefs.apx file but it still behaves the same. Anybody have a suggestion?
