Is ArcPad able to be installed on an IOS platform?

ArcPad cannot run on iOS. These are the OS currently supported:
Windows Mobile 5.0, 6.0, 6.1 and 6.5
Windows 7,8 tablets and PCs

Remember you can use Esri Collector App instead from the app store.
