ArcPad 7.1 error on Windows CE 6

Hey,

does anyone know, if ArcPad 7.1 is compatible with Windows CE 6? I have installed it on my mobile device (Modecom MX3HD), but when trying to start the app, the following error message appears "Application ArcPad.exe encoutered a serious error and must shut down."

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a link of the minimum system requirements and I do not see WIndows CE listed among them, so I would guess not.
