The advanced select tool, used to be able to select features from several layers, now it will only select from the layer that is being edited. When we check the identify field for the layers we want to select, it will show them as checked but when we leave the Table of contents screen, it switches back to just the editable layer. There must be a switch that has not been set correctly, but where?
