ArcGIS 10 and ArcPad 7.1.1

We are a little in dark ages when it comes to ArcPad, I have 7.1.1 version.  We are on ArcGIS 10 and I can't seem to find the 'Get Data for ArcPad' or similar toolbar.  Am I out of luck with that version of ArcPad or is there some setup step I am missing??

Lance,

I had the same questions here a couple weeks ago and the response I received stated that you are unable to use ArcGIS 10 with ArcPad 7. You will need to upgrade ArcPad (I would go to version 10) in order to be operational with the check in/check out functionality.
