Visual Studio 2010 is planned to be supported at 9.4. You should be able to install Beta 2 with Visual Studio 2010 beta, however, a lot of the functionality will not be ready by then. For example, the ArcObjects Developer help will not be in the new format yet, but at least you can use it for testing purposes.
