Version problem in ArcGis Tool

dear all,

I have developed a tool in ArcGis 9.3 using Visual studio 2008 (C sharp), now I want to run this tool in ArcGis 9.2. but the tool is not running.

Please help.

You will need to compile your code under ArcGIS 9.2.
