I try to make my dissertation, and I have some trouble. First of all I m new to ArcGis so I have some questions. I dont know how to open the "code writing" window through Visual Studio 2008. Secondly, I have to do this staff. I have to choose a polygon from a shp (with roads of a city) and programmatically change the length of these roads. Is there anyone to help me please????
