We are using hydrography maps from NOAA since all our work is in the ocean and rivers of North America. I am getting my cost raster and backlink rasters generated. However the results seem to ignore land. [ATTACH=CONFIG]29623[/ATTACH]
The values are listed for the cost array as 0 -> 6xxx and I wonder if the 0 values is the issue. Can't confirm but I think the land areas may have a value of 0 instead of NoData.
Okay...so ESRI has a major FAIL once again. We were monitoring results returned from CostDistanceWithPolyline and looking at the polyline length to determine that the call succeeded however that value isn't being set by the idiots. Looked at the map in one run and was shocked to see a line sitting there.
