How to programmatically clip a basemap or any free raster by polygons from feature class?

Hi,

What is a possible way we could  programmatically clip a basemap or any free raster by polygons from feature class to produce georeferenced jpeg, tiff?

ArcMap 10.4.1

Any help please?!

We figured out that a basemap in ArcMap cannot be clipped. What else we can do?
