How can I export Grayscale tiff

Hello, I develop map export application with ArcObjects.

Now , I want to export 16bit grayscale tiff file.
Already, I can export full color tiff image by using ExportTIFFClass().

But, I can't understand how can I change the export configuration of tiff.

Help me, and please teach the way to export 16bit grayscale tiff file.
