Good Morning Everyone, I am having a problem with a GP Event Listener. I am trying to listen the post event but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn`t. I have followed the sample here http://help.arcgis.com/en/sdk/10.0/arcobjects_net/conceptualhelp/index.html#//00010000033q000000. The difference between mine and the sample is mine is built to listen for a Trimble geoprocessing tool and has to wait for the user to run the tool.
The problem I am encountering is the listener will run as long as I dont shut down ArcCatalog. As soon as I do the listener will no longer work the next time I open ArcCatalog and run the geoprocessing tool. To be able to run again I have to wait anywhere from an hour to a day. I am not sure what is going on. It worked just fine in 9.3.1 and not that we have migrated to 10.0 it is not. Any help would be great. Cheers, Jeff
