Hi
We have written a web service through which we are connecting to ArcSDE GeoDB (Oracle). After publishing the service in IIS, we are getting below exception while connecting to DB.
"Cannot connect to database because the database client software failed to load. Be sure the database client software is installed and configured correctly."
The same code is working fine in when we published the WebService in Dev server and Test server and all of a sudden, we are facing this error in another server.
Checked below points...
1. Identified from IIS that this service is configured as 32 bit application
2. DB client is installed and could able to connect through ArcCatalog
Could anyone please help us in fixing this issue.
