Dynamically build add-in menu

I am looking for the possibilities creating a AddIn menu, or toolbar, dynamically.

I would like to loop through all available Add-Ins on the local machine and adding some menus, or tools, to a dynamic menu or toolbar.
Does somebody see any chances to do something like this?
