I need to try ArcGIS plugis in my visual studio 2010. But it seems Arcobjects versions more than 10 can be used on Visualstudio 2012..2013 only,

However, I am using visual studio 2010 and I have read that Arcobjects 10 and 9.3 supports it, but I can't find where to download a trial version for Arcobjects10 or even 9.3 on the Esri official site. Can any body help and let me know a url to download Arcobjects10 or even 9.3 ?

You could check https://my.esri.com if you have an organizational account. ArcObject 10.0 might be available. Else check with the local Esri Distributor for the setup, if available with them.

I know my myesri downloads only go back as far as 10.1.  I'm thinking 10.0 was still physical media.   So you probably are best off checking with local office and Jayanta suggested.

You are right.

I remember getting the option for ArcGIS 10.0 till the highest version was 10.3.x. Once 10.4.x wass released, NO MORE 10.0 on My Esri.

"ArcObjects SDK for Microsoft .Net Framework setup requires that one of the following be installed:

ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Desktop, ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Engine, ArcGIS 10.4.1 for Server with the .Net extension support features"

The previous popup message showed when I tried to  install SDK 10.4, however when I try to download Arcgis from the esri site on my organization url it downloads version 1.3.

Where can i download  one of the required softwares to be able to install the SDK, please provide a URL if possible?

1.3 sounds like ArcGIS Pro.  Do you have a license for ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Server 10.4.1, or are you on maintenance for a previous version?   One option is to look at getting a ArcGIS for Personal Use Program | ArcGIS for Desktop Advanced for Personal Use   (you can also get a trial version ArcGIS Platform | Free Trial )  or an Esri Developer Network (EDN)  license.  Keep in mind these are for testing/development/learning/non-profit use only, not for production work (see all the fine print of the licenses)

I downloaded Visual Studio 2015 and tried to add controls on the a windows form but and error showed "arcgis failed to create component 'Ax License Control'. The error message follows: 'System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: you must have a license to use this ActiveX Control"

so can any body help on this error and how could be fixed?

See attached image for the error message.

From an older post for this error message, there is a link to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/317392 How to host ActiveX controls in a Web form. It's from 2012, so you will have to see if it fits your situation.

Visual Studio 2010 is supported by ArcGIS 10.0, and ArcGIS 10.1

System Requirements for ArcGIS 10.0
http://help.arcgis.com/en/systemrequirements/index.html#/ArcObjects_SDK_10_System_Requirements/01510...

System Requirements for ArcGIS 10.1

However, there are probably no public links for downloading these older versions of ArcGIS software (trial versions). Please contact ESRI Customer Service for more complete information.
