custom geoprocessing function tool - radio button?

I'm working through building a custom geoprocessing tool in VB.Net and need radio buttons similar to the buffer tool.  How do I put in a couple of radio buttons in ParameterInfo()?  I can put in check boxes, but I'm having trouble finding documentation referring to radio buttons...

Need the same radio button functionality, were you able to find an answer?  I was hoping to make it work within the ValidatorClass for a custom script tool.
