Are there any general conversions and coordinate tools available for use in C#, apart from the ArcToolbox functions?
For instance, I would like to use a function like "Bearing Distance To Line" that is available in the ArcToolbox. However this tool, as with most of the others, works with input/output files. I want to use this exact function but on live data that is received via a communication link.
Another example is simple conversions, like distance (meters to feet), speed, temperature etc. Although not difficult to implement, it would be nice if there was a library of standard conversions available to the ArcObject programmer.
