ArcGIS Engine 10.1 - JAVA

Ultimate goal: To deploy an ArcGIS Engine sample in Linux machine.

I am trying to run the ArcGIS Engine sample for Java. It was a success when i run it on Windows. But I have difficulties to run it on Linux. It cannot be run as the error is "Aborted. Core dump."

The environment is as below:
1. Red Hat Enterprise Server 6
2. JDK 1.7
3. JRE 7
4. Eclipse Helios
5. ArcGIS Engine 10.1

Is anyone successfully deployed a sample or an application on Linux?

Were you able to successfully install the ArcGIS Engine for Linux first? If there were errors during that install, the chances are very good that the samples will not run.
