ArcGIS 10 VBA MapControl.ocx issue

Hi ,

We have a big application writetn in VBA,we were aware of the problems ahead for us with the release
of ArcGIS 10,however I am wondering if anyone knows why the MapControl.ocx don`t seem to be available.
In fact within the References dialog box is missing and if I try to browse to it under  C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Desktop9.4\bin\MapControl.ocx Arc won`t allow me to add it as a reference....

Any idea why this happen?

I believe the MapControl no longer comes with ArcGIS Desktop and that you need an ArcGIS Engine developer license.
