ArcCatalog File Browser tool in .net

Hello,

I'm using VS2008, VB.net with Arc10 and arcobjects. 

I want to open a file browser dialog that will allow me to select GIS data files, for example, browse to a File GDB feature class.

I"m looking for something like ArcCatalog does, as the standard windows file browser won't let me get at feature classes in a file GDB.
