It is time consuming to restart ArMap every time I want to test my Add In. Is there an easy way to build and deploy it without a restart ArcMap?

It was much more unpleasant to deploy/test prior to add-ins.

Add-ins are initialized when ArcMap initializes, so restarting ArcMap seems fair to me.

I do find that it helps to delete the Add-in from the Add-in Manager, then delete the Assembly Cache prior to re-exporting or redeploying the new Add-in file.
