A globe does not appear IProgressDialog2.Animation = esriProgressGlobe

Hi there,

I am now in 10.3 Desktop and trying to show in ArcMap a standard ESRI progress dialog (IProgressDialog2).

I try to set Animation property as any of the constants

esriProgressGlobe	0	Spinning globe animation.
esriDownloadFile	1	Downloading file animation.
esriNoAnimation	2	No animation.
esriProgressSpiral	3	Spiral file animation.

It seams that it simple does not work - I only see a ring from dots as animation.

It definitely was working in 9.3.1

I too have 10.3, just knocked some VBA together to create a progress dialog with a spinning globe and can confirm that when I set it to Globe all I get is a spinning set of dots. Looks like a bug, hope someone from ESRI can confirm this?
