unable to send your authorization information via the internet

Hi,

I have ArcGIS 10.7.1 installed, while sending authorization get the error.

"unable to send your authorization information via the internet please check your internet connection and try again."

firewall stopped, Antivirus stopped.

Please help me out.

Are you trying to authorize ArcGIS Desktop on a personal computer on your home network/internet, or are you trying to authorize on a corporate computer on a corporate network?
