I am currently using ArcMap 10.5.1 (because of USGS toolbar constraints) and my search window has been acting strangely for months now. Regardless of how the search window is positioned (pinned or otherwise), the search results are constantly cut-off to where I can't see the first search result - which is usually the one I'm looking for. And, the page number bar appears in the middle of the search results. I use the search window for tools often because I don't where most of them are located within the toolbox. Also, when I search for tools I have to click the magnifying glass for it to do anything and it is very sluggish in returning results. Well, it has gotten annoying enough that I've finally come here for any advice/insight onto what is going on.
