Hi! So it's my first time posting this kind of things so sorry if it's not in the right place (please lmk!)
So, I want to use the Service Area feature in Network Analysis. Based on a YouTube tutorial, I need to click/open the NA window. The problem is, I can't because it's grayed out, like it's disabled. I've already tried switching ArcMap versions (10.8 and 10.4) but neither of them works. I would appreciate your help, thank you!
