Missing Extensions

Hi,

I am using concurrent use license manager 2019.1 and ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5.1. I am trying to find the data reviewer extension, which shows up in the Desktop Administrator, but I can't find it in the list in ArcMap. Ideas? Also, we have extensions listed that we don't have licenses for.
