I am attempting to reclaim two perpetual licenses from two separate PCs. One PC is no longer operational, while I still have access to the other. We utilized a local server as the original repository for these licenses, but unfortunately, I'm unable to retrieve them. Furthermore, I have access to server too.

Hi Dan, thanks for the info, I don't have any information on how to request this help, since I'm entering this company as a new IT and there is no documentation on this matter. It's very possible that they don't even have an account directly, they could have already acquired the software through a third party.

I would recommend speaking with your management to see if they have any record of this, and if they are not able to help, please contact your local Esri distributor.
