Greetings to all, I had applications on one of the cities in my residential area, and the application included how the primary health centers spread in the city, and what are the reasons for this spread and are they spread efficiently and according to the required standards or not!? I just wanted to get a file from you regarding spatial analysis tools, especially the mean center, spatial median, and standard deviation. Thank you very much.

You would require the Spatial Statistics extension.  For example

Median Center (Spatial Statistics)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

other statistical measures are contained in that extension, which you can examine in the help topics to the left of the link above.

This of course, assumes you have the data in an appropriate format.

There are also other extensions as well to add to the analysis possibilities...

An overview of the Geostatistical Analyst toolbox—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

An overview of the Spatial Analyst toolbox—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

and more generally, all the various included, or add-on extensions and toolsets

Anatomy of a tool reference page—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

... sort of retired...

Do you have the point locations of the Primary Health Centers (PHCs)?

If you don't have the points, and only have these polygons with number of PHCs in each polygon, you could create random points, first. Use the field with "Number of PHCs" as Number of Points parameter.

Then, I believe you are looking for the spatial statistics tools (Measuring Geographic Distributions toolset) like Mean Center, Median Center and Directional Distribution.

Hope it helps!
