Error loading versions

A user asked me to handle an error in the production environment yesterday.
Unfortunately, I have never encountered the following error before.
What I got from the user is they can create a replica from the default version but cannot reconcile and post.
When I check on the version like the screen capture, the error message pop-up.
Does anyone know the possible cause and solution?
