Anything on the ESRI Road Map to allow Azure Active Directory Domain to connect to an SDE connection via ArcServer or ArcDesktop or ArcPro?

This has been around for years via SSMS.

As note this makes it impossible to go Cloud Based for any Work Stations, Servers etc regarding ESRI without the need to use "SQL Server Authentication" throughout your stack.

It's been a while since this post was created and I'm surprised no one has commented or ESRI hasn't said anything. the only thing they've said is ArcMap 10.8.1 will be the last version. From my perspective, Azure AD auth should be a high priority addition to their products aside from their Enteprise and AGO offerings where they've already added.

I just ran into this, trying to build an Azure SQL Database environment.
When I went into ArcCatalog to create a database connection.

10.8.1 Still only two authentication types.

I wonder if no one from Esri has replied to this topic since it is concerning ArcMap...However I am seeing the same thing happening in ArcGIS Pro so I hope there would be a solution to this somewhere....
