ArcGIS Desktop Installation issue

Hi everyone,

I really need help installing ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) very urgently.

After running the installation file and at the point of authorizing the license, when I selected the software product (Basic single use) and clicked on "Authorize Now", instead of it to launch software installation wizard, it comes back to "ArcGIS Configuration Information" in the picture below without any error sign.

Please help, what could be the cause and the solution to this.

Are you attempting to authorize a Single Use product? Is this a new installation of the software?

I would contact your local Technical Support Team, as this may require a screenshare session.

In the mean-time, I would suggest rebooting the machine, then trying the Authorization process again.   Make sure that all ArcGIS products are closed when you attempt to Authorise the product.

If that does not help, you may need to complete a full, clean uninstall and reinstall. Make sure that there are no ArcGIS products open / running when you reinstall the software.

It is an ArcGIS Desktop single-use product (Perpetual) and it is a new installation.

I will try this workaround and feed you back.
