One of our technicians in the field is experiencing a glitch where he can only select assignments on the map in certain areas. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. For example, he will be able to select all the assignments on Main St but if he pans down a few streets to Market St it will not allow him to select any of those points. Other techs in our organization are not experiencing this and are able to select any assignment point. I had him reload the project but that did not fix the issue. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
