Workforce App not automatically zooming/panning

I have just set up my second Workforce project (the same way I set up the first one), and am having problems with the Workforce app. When I open the project through the app it is refusing to pan and zoom the map to my location. Additionally, when I click on any of the assignments, the map doesn't pan and zoom to the location of the assignment even though it highlights it. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The first project I created works as expected. 

Things I noticed: 

It seems to work on my Samsung Galaxy s8 phone as expected. 

There is no way to clear the cache for the Workforce App

Any suggestions other than deleting the project and starting over?

Update: I got it working! Turns out one of the layers wasn't loading properly because of an extent problem.

How did you fix the problem? I'm having an issue with one of my projects where it opens to a random location and does not allow me to zoom out past a specific zoom level. It pans to assignments when they are clicked but I would like the field worker to view all assignments for context.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? I have the same issue for one specific user but not others. Strangest error.
