Hey all,
So I've been attempting to add layers to our Workforce view for our workers, but when doing so, the maps were not appearing on the app itself, but it was just fine in the web map. I looked into this and found they needed sync enabled, which I turned on but they still weren't present, I then found that they were not "sync enabled". To do this, I would need to enable archiving, this is not something that can happen on these layers as a third party GIS software uses these layers for other purposes and sync breaks them.
How can I get around this? Field maps does not have sync enabled, but the workers can view the maps and take them to offline areas just fine, why does Workforce need this? Any possible workarounds or ways that I can get this enabled? It would be extremely convenient for our workers to view plant information in the app as they are not editing any layers other than Assignments.
