Selecting Additional Statuses in Workforce Dispatcher UI

Hello,

Would it be possible to view Cancelled or other added statuses in the Dispatcher user interface in Workforce?

If not, I assume the best alternative is to open the Workforce table via Map Viewer and filter that way--but it'd be great if it was added to the main Dispatcher web interface.

Update - my team ended up building a custom "Workforce Dashboard" that had all of the functionality of the Web Dispatcher Interface and more.

Declined is superior to Cancelled in almost all cases anyway because you have the option to input a Declined Comment. Cancelled is specifically designed not to be seen on the front end. Finally, Workforce is being deprecated in favor of incoming similar functionality in Field Maps sometime in the next few years.
