Open Collector from workforce is disappeared in my mobile .. i used the latest versions for workforce and collector .. i don't know the reason .. can anyone help

This is a known issue on Workforce (Android); we're implementing support for App Integration, but at this time, Collector (Android) does not support a URL scheme which is why the option to open Collector from Workforce is missing on Android. We're working on adding this support for our 1.0 release for Workforce (Android).

The first release of Android will be end of January - which will bring it inline with the same level of support for App Integration that iOS has for Workforce and Collector.

Hi Darryl, couple questions:
- What release of Workforce do you have on your device?
- What release of Collector do you have on your device?
- Have you configured an app integration through the Workforce web app for your project? Guidelines for doing that are in this FAQ in our doc: FAQs for project owners—Workforce for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

I have the app integration configured through Workforce - as it works on my IOS device.
Darryl, ok, that helps to identify the issue you're seeing.
You need to update Collector; a little further down in the the FAQ it lists that Collector 10.4.1 or later on Android is needed.
Give that a try and let me know if you're still having a problem with launching Collector.
