Labeling in Workforce Web App different from Web Map

Can anyone tell me why labeling in the Workforce web app doesn't translate to what is happening in the web map? How do I get the labels to look the same as the web map? See example below for reference:

This is the Workforce Dispatcher map in the Web App. The arcade expressions in the web map are not translating to the web app.

I would guess that Arcade isn't supported in the Web App yet.  I have found labelling differences between the map and the web app.

In the classic project, we could show labels of workorder ID's on the dispatcher map that would be visible in the map but not when that map is viewed via the workforce app project proper at the desktop. A workaround was to add the assignment layer a second time, make the symbol invisible and turn the labels on. This worked. Maybe it will work for the map in field maps too.
