We are planning to use Workforce Assignment app for electric utility pole inspections. The inspection schedule is triggered by SAP work management system by creating a work order. One work order ID can have multiple poles to inspect. Each individual pole to inspect is a separate task and gets listed as To Do item in Worker app. However user wants to see the tasks grouped by Work Order with ability to collapse or expand Work Order and hide/see individual tasks. Is it possible? There is sorting capability but it is not off much use as all poles in a workorder will have same priority and potentially due data.

Based on my experience using Workforce, a Workforce Assignment does not allow for multiple tasks. Each task for a given SAP workorder would need to have an associated Workforce Assignment. I would suggest looking into the capabilities of Field Maps Tasks because that will eventually be replacing Workforce.
