Allow functionality to be able to easily pull workforce statistics such as: number of tickets closed per worker, elapsed time between opening and closing tickets, average time of ticket from each stage (open to closed).
Reports for Workforce would be great, in our case showing a summary of which assignments had been completed that day to provide the information for work orders.
