Search Configuration

It would be great if the Workforce Dispatcher app would honour the locator/feature searches specified in it's associated webmap. At the moment it appears as though the highest ranked organisation geocoder is used for the search. I would like to be able to search a feature service layer which would contain the names of customers along with their locations. This can be done at the moment but requires ArcGIS for Server (as a locator has to be setup).
