It would be very helpful to have an indication of whether a worker is offline or has connectivity (maybe by checking for a "heartbeat" from the mobile app) to allow dispatch to know that the worker is able to receive new assignments. Beyond the acknowledgement of critical priority assignments coming back to the dispatch (which could use stronger visual feedback) there is no way of knowing if the worker is receiving or capable of receiving assignments.
