With customers looking at workforce, I get this question a lot, is there ability to assign callsigns or aliases to named users. A named user with the workforce app, may be working out of a designated truck or call sign for the day, and each day may be different. Without changing the user profile to reflect a callsign, is there the possibility to assign callsigns as well as tasks from the dispatcher app?
